Perfect Pan Fried Steak

Pan Fried Steak is not hard to make. Actually it’s quite simple. You do not need a lot of ingredients, and it’s done in no time. Do it my way.

Ingredients
  • Steak of your choice, my preference is either rib-eye or T-bone
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • Rosemary (optional)
 

Instructions
  1. Generously season the steak with pepper and salt nothing else.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat, add olive oil and butter.
  3. Turn the stove to medium high, Wait till the butter turns light brown. Then put the steak in the butter, top with fresh rosemary. Keep scooping the butter over the steak.Sear the steak in the butter each side for about 3-4 minutes. take the steak out of the skillet and let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes. If you like gravy add 1 cup of water to the butter, then add diluted cornstarch.
