    • I’ve had this at Chilis. I refer to that restaurant as my “Lab” I return to order it to compare mine. It’s always great! I’ve made it several times. They serve them on waffles so still need to figure those out. They’re always crisp crunchy sweet! Great with that chipotle. I’ve made them with wings, as well as drum sticks. Any chicken breaded and fried are good even without batter, just flour works too! So you can lightly pan fry in less oil. Then pour the sauce over them and finish in the oven, for that sweet sticky yummy. But wow! It’s all in that sauce!!

  • These are really amazing we make them about once a week. My son can’t get enough of them. Thank you for the great recipe ?

  • Can the egg be substituted with something else?
I just ran out and I dont see myself running out for eggs only.
Any suggestions for something common already in the cabinet or fridge?
Any big difference with the outcome if no egg or substitute?
    Cant wait to try this!
    Thanks in advance

  • I’m the executive chef at Millstone Foods, LLC in West Palm Beach, Florida. Previously I was an executive private chef in some of the amazing private residential homes in Florida. Another words I was a full time chef for rich folks with a lot of money. I’ve never mastered crispy chicken like the ones you get at KFC. Although I hate KFC food, this recipe makes it like them with a lot of crisp on the chicken. I also never leave feedback, but this recipe using our Gluten Free Flour went beyond what we were expecting. Truly the best fried chicken recipe I’ve ever come across in the 12 years I’ve been cooking professionally and this deserves all the credit and then some.

  • Just made this Tonight for the first time, I get it almost every time at Chili’s, and it was so good!!!! I added a tad more of the Chipotle chili powder, I like mine a little extra spicy, and they were perfect! Thanks so so much!!!

  • I absolutely love Chilis sauce so I was hoping to make wings with this receipe and couldnt find the ground chipotle pepper so ended up using Southwest Chipotle.. not spot on but definitely good!! hope to find the seasoning at a different grocery store! Thanks!!
