Tuna Salad/Sandwich

Tuna Salad/Sandwich

This is a simple tuna salad you can either eat it on crackers or on some bread. Sometime I add hard boiled eggs. Simple but delicious.

Ingredients
  • 3 (5oz) cans tuna
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1/ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dill weed

Instructions
  1. Drain the tuna from the cans. Add to the tuna the chopped onion, pickle relish, mayo of your choice. (I like to use Duke’s) Add the black pepper and dill weed. Stir well and serve with crackers or on a sandwich. Don’t add too much mayo otherwise the tuna salad will be watery. Sometimes I add a hard boiled egg.
