Ingredients:

1 1/2  tbsp ginger
2 tbsp garlic, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation:

Combine all and save in a jar. If you use fresh ginger double it. Use this for a change on your Ribs.
