It is applied to meats, such as ribs or chicken, while they are being smoked or grilled to infuse them with flavor and keep them moist. It can also be served as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups Duke’s mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation:

Whisk all ingredients together. Cover and chill the sauce in the refrigerator. I use it not only on BBQ meat also on salads.
