Materials
1onion
1head of garlic
2” of ginger
peppers sweet or hot it’s up to you
4green onions
4thyme
handful of basil
handful cilantro
handful parsley
1tbspsalt
3tbspoil
1juice of lemon
Instructions
Wash your vegetables and chop in pieces. Add all to the blender. Then add salt, lemon juice and the olive oil. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. If you don’t use it often freeze it in small badges.
