Fiesta Bean Salad is an easy cheap and colorful salad. When you make this one it's best to make it a day ahead so it gives it some time to marinate.

Materials
115 oz black beans
115 oz can kidney beans
115 oz white beans
115 oz corn
1green bell pepper
1red onion
1/2cupolive oil
1/2cupred wine vinegar
2tbspfresh lime juice
1tbsplemon juice
2tbspsugar
1tspsalt
1clovegarlic crushed
1/4cupchopped cilantro
1/2tbspcumin
1/2tbspblack pepper
1dash hot sauce
1/2tspchili powder
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin, black pepper, hot sauce, and chili powder.
Open the cans of beans and corn. Rinse well. Add to the large bowl.
Cut up the vegetables and add to the beans.
Mix well and chill.
