bag of shredded cabbage

celery seeds

vinegar

milk

green onions
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the mayo with the celery seeds, vinegar, milk, sugar and half of the green onion.
Add the shredded broccoli or cabbage and top with the rest of the green onions. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
