Cook the chicken breast in some water until done. Then shred the chicken with two forks or use a blender.
Place the cream cheese in the slow cooker. Top with the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing and 1/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Cover.
Cook on HIGH 1 hour or until heated through. Stir until well-mixed; top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and sprinkle with green onions. Cover. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
