Air fryer chicken breast is a game-changer for busy cooks! With just a few simple steps, you can achieve juicy, flavorful chicken without all the hassle. This chicken is delicious on Alfredo pasta or on a salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley if you have fresh parsley 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini sauce. You can substitute tahini with peanut butter

Mix up all the ingredients. Make crisscross cuts on the chicken. By making cuts in the chicken breast before marinating, you ensure that the flavors penetrate deep into the meat, resulting in a more delicious dish. Marinating for at least an hour, or overnight in the fridge, enhances the taste even further. Then, simply air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through and cooking for an additional 10 minutes for perfectly crispy and tender chicken. It’s a quick and easy way to elevate your dinner game! Make sure that the internal temp of the chicken breast is 165F.
