Cucumber Tomato Salad
Materials
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 block of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard or pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced basil
Instructions
- Make the vinaigrette; Mix the red wine vinegar, sugar, mustard and olive oil.
- Cut up the vegetables and cheese. Add to the vinaigrette to the salad, marinate for at least an hour.
