Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  1. Cook the chicken breast in some water until done. Then shred the chicken with two forks or use a blender.
  2. Place the cream cheese in the slow cooker. Top with the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing and ¼ cup of the Cheddar cheese. Cover.
  3. Cook on HIGH 1 hour or until heated through. Stir until well-mixed; top with remaining ¼ cup cheese and sprinkle with green onions. Cover. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
