My mother used to cook chicken only on Sundays. Why? I really don't know. We did not eat often chicken, even though we had chickens and plenty of range free eggs. Anyways here is moms version of her butter braised chicken. My favorite part of the chicken always has been the wings, breast and thigh. In this recipe I used wings.
  • Any part of the chicken.
  • Curry
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter 1 stick (8 tbsp)
  1. Season the chicken well with pepper, salt and curry. Heat the skillet and add 1 stick, wait till the butter start to brown then add the chicken parts of your choice. I used wings. It took me about 8 minutes each side to cook these on medium high heat. Simple and easy to cook.
