Place all ingredients into a large Dutch oven and simmer for ½ hour until most of the liquid is absorbed. You want to have about ½ cup liquid left in bottom of pan
Preheat oven to broil.
Spread shredded meat, remaining juices and the oranges and lime on a baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes until browned.
I like to brown the flour tortilla on both sides. Add the Pork, salsa and whatever else you like to top on you Carnita.
