- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1¼ cup water milk mixture (warm 110F)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- olive oil
- Add the yeast, water milk mixture and the butter to the flour. Mix well and let it stand for about an hour. After it rises make balls the size of a large egg.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface. Put some oil in a hot pan and “fry” the bread on both sides.
