Black Eye Pea Dip

Ingredients

1 can (14-ounce) Can Black-eyed Peas
1/4 onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can 4 1/2 oz green chiles
1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Tablespoons Salsa
Hot Sauce, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and rinse the black-eye peas, put in your food processor, if you don’t have one just use your potato masher. Add all other ingredients. Spread into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
2.  Serve the black eye pea dip with tortilla chips.
