Babi Pangang Sauce

Ingredients:

1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp oil, 200 ml,  bouillon, 1 tsp djahe (ginger), 1 tsp sambal oelek, 4 tsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp dry sherry, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp ketjap manis ( sweet soya sauce)

Preparation:

Mince the onion, Heat the oil add the onion and garlic and fry for about 2 min. Add the bouillon, djahe, sambal oelek, tomato paste, sherry and sugar. Simmer the sauce for about 3 min. Last thing add the ketjap manis. To thicken the sauce add some diluted cornstarch.
